Dr. Ferrari Speaks Out!

I greatly appreciate Bob mentioning me in connection with his stellar TT performance at Kowes Motor Speedway. I do think the Arnge Krush contributed in a very small way, however it is the WAY Bob trains that is the real story. The guy has a tremendous work ethic. He borders on overtraining, but that is just the nature of the beast. A lot of cyclist I know say they lift weight, and maybe they do in the off season, but Bob attacks the weights with ferocity. The morning of the TT he was in here doing Leg Presses with 3 wheels on each side for mega-reps. He tweaked his back recently and I had to practically restrain him from the weights for a day. The work that I do with Bob is just icing. I offer suggestions on certain lifts in relation to his rides, I help with his pre-post event supplementation and do his sports-massage as needed. What I am able to offer is knowledge of the supplements I sale, with explicit instructions on how and when to use them. Vance Rowland was kind enough to give me an endorsement regarding the supplementation advice and massage therapy I have done for him over the years. Here again is a guy who has never forgotten his roots in the gym. He was a bodybuilder and a power lifter. He is able to call upon that anaerobic background when necessary. He is the triathlon equivalent of the Terminator. By that I mean he meticulously evaluates all of the variables, uses what will get the job done and throws out the rest. I take great satisfaction in helping people achieve their goals. I invite all of you to come and visit my facility in Abbeville, SC. I have a triathlon specific training area in the works for ’07. Let me know if you might be interested. I carry several endurance supplements like Biobuilde, Optygen, Recovery Stack, Ultragen and, of course, Arnge Krush! I doubt anyone will beat my prices, let me know if they do. Matt Helton, owner. Axioma Fitness of Abbeville. 864-366-2946
