Riders,
We had great weather last weekend... will we have it again??? only Mother Nature knows for sure... but, if she offers a Saturday morning that is dry... I bet I know some of you will be on your bikes.... looking for some miles... and I hope to be one of them!!! So, join the group for a ride... we roll out of the parking lot of New Spring on or about 0900... for about 42 to 25 miles...
It is just me, or is everyone having tough time training??? it seems like I take 1 step forward and end up 2 steps back!!! After the great ride last weekend... it was my turn to have "it".... and that "it" prevented any forward motion of fitness.... so, it's back to baseline....

this pic is to remind us how lucky we are to live in the SOUTH... and not the North where they get this kind of weather all the time.... sometimes, we'll send folks up there to visit... just to prove the point.... maybe, Mr. Bianchi will tell us how cold it was in RI????
