It appears that Mother Nature will greet us with some liquid precipitation this weekend. The Saturday morning weather is calling for stuff that will surely cancel an outside ride…. For me, this is STRIKE TWO for weekend training… cuz, if I don’t ride or train on Saturday morning.. there is an excellent chance I won’t do anything for exercise later in the day….
So, not by choice, but by necessity, the SVR won’t happen… of course, you could go to the Y and do the spin/run/swim thing… but, it ain’t as much fun as the SVR… so, I think I'll enjoy the 2nd cup of coffee and playing fetch with the dog... and reading some SlowTwitch... trying to find some motivation to start training!!!! so, what do YOU have planned for this year???
