Ride Report

Riders, the weather was great.... I can sum up my ride in one sentence...
"over dressed and under trained" but with the cold weather of recent times... who would have thought a baselayer, non-breathing jacket, beanie cap, long finger gloves, shorts, tights, toe covers and wool socks would have been TOO MUCH????
OUCH!

as for the undertrained part... let's just say I'm starting O-V-E-R!!!
